Product is supplied in a heavy duty polymeric case with convenient carrying handle. The USGT-600 self-contained portable grounds tester provides an easy method to test protective grounds in accordance with ASTM standards. The USGT-600 provides a high current output combined with a low voltage output (less than 3 volts AC) for maximum operator safety. Output readings are measured and displayed using a digital meter, and do not require calibration threshold settings.

Unlike other portable ground testers, the USGT-600 comes equipped with REACH™ isolating system technology to easily isolate any problem grounding components. 

The USGT-600 can evaluate cables from as small as #2 through double 4/0 cable. Top or side mounting studs provide maximum user flexibility when testing cable. Safety features also include a thermal overload device to prevent the device from overheating during operation.
